Services are provided in conjunction with therapeutic treatment and counseling after less restrictive treatments have been failed attempts.

ADMISSION process:
Initial discussion to review admission criteria and schedule an intake assessment.
Plan on at least two hours to complete the intake assessment.
Photo ID, insurance card are required.
If custody is other than a parent, documentation is required.
NOTE:
