Terros Health offers MAT - Medication Assisted Treatment that uses medications to address the withdrawal and craving for opiate based drugs. These drugs include, but are not limited to, heroin, fentanyl, and prescription pain relievers such as Vicodin, Percocet, and Hydrocodone.
Their MAT program is part of an integrated model of care, which means that they help you access medical care support, counseling, and building life skills for a successful recovery.
MAT is available for all individuals, including adolescents and pregnant woman.
As a Terros Health patient, you will receive:
Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol and Narcan for initial induction, and maintenance care from your MAT provider
A primary care provider (PCP)
A behavioral health assessment & a primary care appointment
Laboratory blood work
